We have held 5 seminars on the introduction of the AML System for CSA.
The first part of the seminar is to concentrate on the origin of the AMLO (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance. We traced back to the establishment of the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) and its Recommendations. What are the requirements for trust or company service providers in order to fulfill the following requirements:
- Know your client
- Risk assessment
- Client due diligence
- Sanction check
- PEP scanning
- Suspicious transaction reporting
- Policy and training

We would like to say “thank you” to all the seminar participants and the beta testers who are so kind to share with us of their practices problems and suggestions. When we first started the project, we put down some criteria for us. The system must be:
- Making use of the existing CSA data with minimum input
- Fast and easy to use with minimum training required
- Uniform templates and Policy Manual for compliance
Right now, we are in the second phase of the beta testing. We will launch the final phase soon. The final one is the one Incorporated into CSA. If you have any concern or suggestion please contact Oscar Lo at 2521-3110 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
