AML system lets you manage client’s information and certifications in an effective manner

A customer comes to you with personal identification and other relevant documents and asks you to form a corporation.

First, you create a “Client” record in CSA as usual with these source documents and other information.

Then go to the AML system to print out the Information Forms and ask for confirmation and signatures.

After that, scan the signed Information Forms and store them in the AML system. The CSA Entity Master File will display the existence of those documents for cross-referencing between users of both systems.
