Emergency Plan for COVID-19

In case you cannot access to your office and you need to continue the work, you may remotely access your CSA at other location or physically move your CSA to another location.

 

Access CSA via Remote Access Application or Virtual Private Network (VPN) Connection

 

There are several methods that allow you to remotely access and control the desktop of your computer at office from anywhere,

 

on an internet connection. 

 

Please seek advice from your IT consultants for networking and security settings.

 

Please note that:

  • “Teamviewer Quick Support” DOES NOT allow you to remote your computer from other location. You need to install a full version of Teamviewer to do so.
  • Turn off the screen saver, power save mode and sleep mode in Windows, no matter which remote access method you use.

Set up CSA at other location

 

In case you cannot access to your office and you need to continue the work, you may set up CSA at a separate location away from your

 

office.
