P & L Associates (P & L Software Publishing Limited) is a Hong Kong-based software company founded in 1990. We specialise in developing compliance and professional practice management software for company secretaries, AML officers, and CPA practitioners. Our team works closely with practitioners to ensure our software reflects the realities of day-to-day professional work.

We offer a suite of professional compliance software: CSA Expert (Company Secretarial Automation for Windows), AML for CSA (KYC, CDD etc.), CPAnywhere (web-based CPA solution), ASCAN (document  screening). Each product is designed to address specific professional workflows.

We are mainly selling our software to businesses that are either serving their clients or to their own company secretarial department or HR, Accounting and Practice management. Our growth has been driven primarily by word-of-mouth referrals within the professional community and our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

Most of our users are CPA firms, professional company secretrial firms, law firms and listed companies.
