P & L Associates founded in Hong Kong with the launch of CSA, the first company secretarial software.

Annual Return Format Redesign
Participated in redesigning the format of the Annual Return into A4 size (replacing the former A3 long form), ensuring compatibility with laser printers through HP's PCL instruction sets. The initiative was under the support of Mr. Gordon Jones, then Registrar of Companies, whose vision was to advance the computerization of statutory form generation, thereby enhancing the legibility, clarity, and uniformity of completed entries.
